Meet Nabugabo Jessica
A dedicated entrepreneur benefiting from PSM Charity’s Style and Beauty Academy (SBA). Operating her tailoring business in Kigoogwa, Jessica faced challenges with an old manual sewing machine that limited her productivity. Through SBA and the generous support of MTN Uganda, she received a new sewing machine that revolutionized her work process, allowing her to produce high-quality garments more efficiently.
"The sewing machine I received has significantly improved my workflow. I can now take on more orders and increase my income, which has positively impacted my family’s well-being," Jessica shares. Additionally, she has empowered four other youths in her community, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes shared growth and success.
To further enhance her workshop and expand her business, Jessica seeks an electrical sewing machine and additional startup capital. These resources will enable her to handle more complex designs, increase production capacity, and invest in marketing to attract more clients.
