Founder and Executive Director.

Nkinzi Ruth Nakalema, the founder and driving force behind PSM Charity, envisioned a world where no child or woman is left unattended. Inspired by the resilience of vulnerable communities, he established the organization to create sustainable solutions for those in need. Her leadership ensures that PSM Charity continues to grow and make a significant impact.

Joan Comfort Balese, a Ugandan journalist, author, and speaker, serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at PSM Charity. She is committed to empowering young people, especially girls, to become future leaders. As the founder of Joan Comfort Inspirations, she offers training in entrepreneurship, leadership, personal growth, and branding, inspiring youth to unlock their full potential and supporting PSM Charity's vision of transforming communities.

Jocelynn Nansereko

Jocelynn Nansereko, born on August 8, 1979, in Kampala, Uganda, is an experienced administrative professional with a Bachelor's in Secretarial Studies from Makerere University. She has notably served as an Administration Manager at Shoprite Checkers Uganda Ltd and as a Category Manager at Carrefour Uganda. Fluent in English and Luganda, Jocelynn is also dedicated to community service and continual professional development.

Sarah Nakalumba

Nakalumba Sarah, born in 2003, is a passionate and dedicated young professional committed to community service. At just 20 years old, she has gained valuable experience volunteering with NGOs, focusing on supporting children and empowering communities. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at PSM Charity, Sarah ensures effective governance and operations. Her drive and enthusiasm inspire others to join the mission of transforming lives.

Her teaching background equips her with exceptional interpersonal and advocacy skills, enabling her to effectively engage stakeholders and promote the charity’s initiatives. Rosette’s dedication to community development and her expertise in communication play a pivotal role in advancing PSM Charity’s vision of empowering women and children for a brighter future.

Faridah Naggayi

Faridah Naggayi, a teacher by profession and women leader in the central government, serves as the Director of Projects and Research at PSM Charity. With a deep bond with children and women, she is dedicated to saving children and empowering women to drive meaningful change. Faridah’s leadership and commitment to research and project development strengthen PSM Charity’s efforts to create sustainable solutions for vulnerable communities.

Eng. Mangeni W Solomon

A graduate of Kyambogo University with a Diploma in Science Technology (Physics), and a Higher Diploma in Applied Physics.

Holds an MSc Degree (with Distinction) from Swansea University, UK, and several professional qualifications in Computer Science and Engineering.

Currently engaged in civil service with the Government of Uganda at Uganda National Meteorological Authority, under the Ministry of Water and Environment. Vast experience in management at senior levels in government holding several portfolios on committees.

An active and serving Church elder for over 30 years and holding many positions of responsibility in the Church and its institutions, to name a few,
