Meet Birungi Aisha

a passionate participant of PSM Charity’s Style & Beauty Academy (SBA). Before joining SBA, Aisha struggled to manage her tailoring business effectively. Through the academy, she gained valuable skills in book-making, tailoring, and business management.

A pivotal moment in Aisha’s journey was receiving a sewing machine from MTN Uganda, which enhanced her productivity and product quality. "Receiving a sewing machine through the SBA Program has allowed me to fulfill more orders and increase my income by 35%. I’ve also empowered four other youths to start their own businesses," shares Aisha. This collaborative effort has fostered a supportive community where members share skills and resources, driving collective growth.

To continue her progress, Aisha seeks an electrical sewing machine and additional capital. These resources will help her handle larger projects, expand her product line, and invest in marketing efforts to reach a broader customer base.
